When you start a recording, Mouse and Keyboard Recorder will hide out of sight and let you go about your business once you’re done, you can hit the Stop button from the bottom right hand corner of the screen, or you can press the Shift + F3 hotkey. There are two, big buttons in the right hand side for starting a recording and for playing a recording. Just like with Key Presser (another application from the same developer, application that automatically presses a key on the keyboard for you), Mouse and Keyboard Recorder’s interface is very simple. You can install the application on both modern and older versions of the Windows operating system.
The setup wizard that shows up when you run the aforementioned file is straightforward and quickly guides you through the installation process.
Mouse and Keyboard Recorder’s installation file is less than 1MB. If you recorded yourself launching the web browser and visiting a certain site, then, when Mouse and Keyboard Recorder plays it back, it also launches your web browser and visits that website. Instead of recording and playing back videos, this application records what you do (mouse gestures and key presses) and plays it back for you. Think of Mouse and Keyboard Recorder as a virtual VCR for what you do.
